Charter for Compassion Pakistan, in collaboration with Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC), is managing three primary schools in small villages of Tharparkar District of Sindh, namely: Bitra, Mansingh Bheel, and Thariyo Halepota respectively. This initiative aims to improve the standards of education in the province of Sindh and highlight the importance of studying in a compassionate environment. CfC Pakistan’s major goal is to manage and improve the functioning of these schools by introducing innovations, modernizing the education system, addressing management gaps, maintaining and upgrading the school building and its facilities, and working in cooperation with teachers, schools’ staff, school management committees and surrounding communities. Each of the three schools is English medium having nine rooms each and facilities including safe drinking water, washrooms, playground with shaded area, boundary wall, and solar panels for electricity supply in the classrooms.
